Scope

This draft describes the intended handling of account, vessel, supply-request, and technical data. It is not final legal advice and must be updated with the operator’s legal identity, address, markets, vendors, retention periods, and rights workflow before launch.

Data minimization

The first-phase service is designed not to collect medical records, diagnoses, prescription details, or consultation content. Users are instructed not to submit health information through general forms.

Intended uses

Account data supports access and security. Vessel and request data supports quotation and fulfillment planning. Security events support fraud prevention, access review, and incident response.

Your choices

Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies are disabled in this prototype. A production notice must explain applicable access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, appeal, and consent-withdrawal rights.
